In the 19 years since its inception, Office Objects has undergone various changes and restructurings. Because of the dynamic nature of the business environment in South Africa, such changes are part and parcel of most successful companies and are needed to stay relevant and effective. As a result, a group of companies under the Office Objects umbrella evolved over the years. Recently, in a an effort to conform to the dti Codes of Good Practice and BBBEE requirements instituted by Government, a new entity under the umbrella of the Office Objects group has been established. Office Objects Solutions (Pty) Ltd has been incorporated with the objective to take over the existing business of Office Objects SA (Pty) Ltd over a period of time as agreed. The newly established company is 51% black owned and a Level 2 BBBEE contributor.
As Office Objects Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a newly established company, it does not currently have a CIDB grading. However, as it is taking over the existing business, we are including the CIDB grading of Office Objects SA (Pty) Ltd which is that of a 6GB. This is merely to indicate that we are capable of doing projects of large scope and value, as we have the experience and history within the group to do so.
